ISO (International Organization for Standardization)

As the Bank recognized the advantages of using the certification group "ISO" (International Standardization Organization), it implemented a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015.

The continuity of the application of ISO 9001 starts from 2005, where the Bank has gone through all stages of standard development. By applying the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, the focus is on customer satisfaction and protection. 

Our intention is to fully satisfy the users of our products and services, by providing them with more than they expect, and we want to be recognized for professionalism and honesty in banking, to achieve stable profits in the long-term in accordance with legal norms, applying the standards prescribed by ISO 9001: 2015 standard that supports the introduction of a quality management system in accordance with international standards, the experience and expertise of personnel, active involvement of all employees in the quality management system, continuous analysis and improvement in all work processes, and the implementation of regular internal controls.
