About the Bank

The banking tradition in the building of this Bank dates back to 1889 when the Land Government for Bosnia and Herzegovina established the first savings bank "Prva štedionica" in Bijeljina. The beginning was the "Prva štedionica", and today NAŠA BANKA A.D. BIJELJINA operates in the same building.

Foundations of NAŠA BANKA A.D. BIJELJINA were established based on Privredna Banka Sarajevo d.d. Sarajevo, Main Branch of Bijeljina, which in 1974 transformed from the Privredna Banka Sarajevo Branch of Bijeljina with the constitution of the economy based on the Constitution. In 1992, the Semberska Bank a.d. Bijeljina is established, as a legal successor of Privredna Banka Sarajevo d.d. Sarajevo, Bijeljina Main Branch. Semberska Bank a.d. Bijeljina was merged with Pavlović International Bank a.d. Slobomir Bijeljina through the following status changes in 2001, following the privatization process, while 2002 and 2003 were marked by the status changes, acquisitions and mergers of Privredna Banka a.d. Brcko and Privredna Banka a.d. Doboj.

As Pavlović International Bank a.d. Slobomir, Bijeljina, the Bank operates until 2019, when through the sale of shares on the secondary market and recapitalization, it acquires new owners and strengthened with new capital, changes its name into NAŠA BANKA A.D. BIJELJINA. The majority of the Bank's capital is acquired by four respectable independent shareholders, domestic legal entities, which significantly diversified ownership of the Bank's shares and strengthened the stability of the business with new capital.

The long tradition of banking in different historical periods and circumstances indicate not only the continuity of the business, but also the existence of values that are preserved to the present day through an optimal balance of traditional and modern.

As a domestic bank, with domestic capital NAŠA BANKA A.D. BIJELJINA is one of the smaller banks, but with its liquidity and values that it inherits through its long business operations and with the affection of clients who have recognized our security, it remains a symbol of both local and regional banking and investment development traditions.

With its operations, the Bank covers almost the entire territory of Republika Srpska, from Banja Luka to East Sarajevo, where it has its organizational part in every major city, with a total of seventeen branches and nine agencies serving our clients.

Our team professionally, reliably and thoroughly prepares the basics for safe business expansion that will continue to be recognizable in quality and safety, as we intend to continue and develop in this recognizable spirit of good tradition, ready to face new challenges.
